Tilt head makes it easier to read

Tilt head makes it easier to read and I like clear markings. This is a backup for my other outlet testers and in some applications, like when I need to take lots of photos of miswired outlets, it makes my job easier because the photo shows where the wiring problem is. I don't need to spend extra time explaining it in the report. Well!
