Slightly difficult to clean
Egg rings work great overall. When I put an egg in the pan, I press on the ring to keep the egg from slipping out from under the ring itself. I have found that every time I use the rings it is necessary to lubricate the inside of the ring very well otherwise the egg will stick to the inside and it will be very difficult to clean.
