Review on 🧲 Optimized Algae-Free Hammerhead Floating Magnet for Aquarium Cleaning by Mike Goodwin

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Looks good and has a strong magnet, but.

Pros: Nicely built, covers a large area for small accumulations of algae and has a powerful magnet. (Maybe too strong?) Cons: Expensive. The wooden board is difficult to hold and move in the aquarium due to the strong magnet. Maybe if they made the top of the wood top with some kind of handle or it was tapered. It may be easier to grab and give you more momentum to slide the hammerhead. This would help improve the way he moves around the aquarium. The magnet is good because it doesn't evade you, but it's too strong, it vibrates the whole aquarium. I have a 1/2 cup 125g thick and it's not going anywhere unless I want it too. algae than the hammerhead shark. I was about to do a video comparison but I just sent it back. Hammerhead didn't pick up the stubborn algae as they shocked the magnetic bobber. Both the magnetic float and the Hammerhead had seaweed blades. Overall: It's overpriced for what it does, it's hard to move around in the tank, and it didn't clean as well as I would have liked. Maybe the blade needs some work too? I'm not sure. I wanted to like this product because you can tell it's well made. Back to my cheap magnetic float for now. Maybe if they can improve it I'll try again.
