Easy access for all our teams in one place - no more searching through emails or files multiple times! When updating it's easy with notifications that I can choose whether we want them posted immediately (as opposed to waiting until they were received), which is very helpful when working remotely sometimes during weekends/nights etc without being physically at my computer as well!! Sometimes there aren't many options available so you have limited ways within your organization how far down each option list goes but if this happens then feel free just pick up where someone left off before :) We've used configurators internally across other departments here too previously using different applications such has Teamworks & Slack though now everything gets done quickly by uploading documents directly into "Config" via links instead.
