When I bought this I thought I'd have someone to build it but for $700 I'd rather just build it my self. The instructions are pretty straight forward images only and pretty clear but there were a few steps I had to revisit because I flipped something the wrong way but over all easy to understand. My wife and I built this our selves but mostly she just needed to hold up things or hand me parts. Mostly one person can build it but you need at least two to get the upper roof on. The boxes arrived in a few days delivery, first one, then two, then two. Not all came same day and each box had its own tracking number. A few of my boxes were trashed when they arrived but everything was intact and complete. I recommend this gazebo if you have the space it's a great buy
