I have a large Onkyo Stereo Receiver/Home Theater and like to crank up the volume. The problem is that you can smell a fragrance literally "cooking", for there is no better term. the smell of something too hot in the air. I was concerned that it would eventually blow through, so I wondered if Revane had any solutions. Then I found this. I bought it with one click and it arrived quickly the next day. I have to tell you that I love this case. No more overheating and I can enjoy my stereo at full power! It has three functions. Always on, automatic which is triggered when a certain temperature is detected and smart mode which I think is the best mode. Depending on the temperature of the receiver, it increases the degree of cooling. si it is not always at full capacity. Highly recommended if you smell something "burning" while jamming through your home stereo.
