Installation can be a little awkward if you don't know what you're doing. When you don't need to drill a hole in an air handling unit or duct system, the magnet is amazingly strong, saving you time and effort. 4 does not run 5 because it came with missing parts, I didn't need them anyway but all parts are supposed to be in the box. smells musty all the time. A few days after the device was attached, the odors disappeared. Very happy with the unit, remember the bulb needs to be replaced once a year so make a note of when you installed the unit. Overall I recommend!
