Inkjet ink not received twice

When I first ordered this brand it failed on my HP printer. until today when I needed it. The first 7 pages were printed correctly, the next 8 pages were unreadable, the next 12 pages were fine. When I reprinted the failed pages after uninstalling and reinstalling the carts, an error message appears and I can no longer print or clear the cartridge error message.
