Great tool for remote access and collaboration
I like that it allows me as an administrator full control over what users can do with this software in terms of permissions; however sometimes there are some issues when you need multiple administrators working together which makes things more complicated than they should be. It's been very helpful so far though! We've used ARR during our recent conference where we had people from all around the world attending remotely via video chat - allowing them easy accessibility was key here since many were unable speak english fluently.
Pros
- Easy to use for anyone who knows how
- Very intuitive interface (and great customer service)
- Allows remote access if needed without hassle or problems.
- Provides security features such encryption/password protection, etc.Easy enough even my grandmother could figure out quickly once she got started usingit.
