Great for boots. - my new review

For my style of boots ( a bit pointy), they’re a bit thick so it squishes my toes a bit, but when you walk you can feel the weight dispersed through the gel. The bottom of my boots are really hard but these little things are a game changer. They are super light and already have the shape of the ball of your feet, so you just have to insert it to the shoe and that's it.

ONE SIZE FITS ALL – Can be trimmed and inserted within any shoe & stays in place without any messy residue.

Cons

May not stay securely in place during physical activity or exercise

I got this product to help with foot pain from being on my feet for long periods of time and it seems to be helping. I also have what I think might be some type of bunion and it seems to be helping with that pain as well. It just adds a little bit extra cushion to my shoes.I put them in a normal pair of sneakers and they fit ok and seem to be staying in place. You do have to be careful when first putting on your shoes that you don’t push them out of place but once you have your foot in your shoe they seem to stay in place fine.

These cushions turned out to be quite big and they are not very comfortable to walk with. They''re also not adhesive so you''ll have to come up with a way to make them stay in place. The positive part about them that they''re gel and not so visible as for example leather ones. But I wouldn''t buy them again.
