I tried 15-20 years ago to find a tracing paper that I remember and love. Could never find it in stores. Also in art shops. So I decided to buy different brands from Revain to see which ones are close. THAT is good paper. Maybe I'll try to take a picture to show in the future, but for now. Wordsmost tracing paper now has a mottled mottled fleshy texture. While it can still perform its function, it can be difficult to see finer details when tracing. It's not in THIS document. This is exactly what I've been looking for for 15 years! This paper has a smooth translucency. It doesn't have that blotchy blotchy meatiness. It's much easier to see small details. At first I thought it was expensive. $12 for 100 sheets. Then I realized that other tracing papers cost $5 for 50 sheets. So $10 for 100 sheets. Well, I would pay $2 more for much better paper. order more. Maybe you just need to stock up on a few of these things.
