Review on Voximal by Ken Arellano

The voice quality of Voximal is perfect. Voximal is free to use and the software is very flexible. It supports multiple languages. Voximal is a highly customizable IVR and I used it as an IVR for a major bank. Voximal was able to get more answers compared to the existing IVR and more than 98% of the calls are converted into voice calls compared to the existing IVR. Voximal is also very flexible in the way it can interact with the existing IVR software. It is highly customizable. The user interface is not that user friendly. You feel like a newbie using Voximal. There is a lot that can can be done in terms of making Voximal more user friendly. I wish that the IVR interface is more user friendly. I used Voximal as an IVR to help the bank customers. I like the ability to create different languages by changing one single variable with ease. This is very useful for those who work in international markets. The interface can be improved. It would be nice if you could have more than two characters at once, because this will help me record more words without having to change my position. It helps me a lot in my job as I am able to do all the required tasks with less time.
