Easy interface for all my providers & patients! Soooo many features available!! I use it in 2 different states (FL vs MI - both public benefits), but every state can have their own customized features as long they purchase software licenses along w/the program. My admin team loves using home base because of how easy everyone involved feels about completing tasks through system and getting alerts when changes are made elsewhere within our shared systems. They want me out so fast that sometimes makes this job harder than expected :). No dislikes here at least not yet anyways. You won't be disappointed from what we've seen thus far after taking full advantage over time of all functionalities offered by product via training provided or self assist guides online which has been very helpful for us!! We're still learning though to maximize its potentials and provide better customer experience thru service delivery process improvements across healthcare field especially patient care services such as registration upon visit entry point up until final billing. This helps streamline work flow allowing staff's schedule being freed up while also improving overall organization efficiency leading to savings towards expenses incurred to run businesses operations including payrolls etc.. I like that it allows me to have all of my patients in one place! It's very easy for me to keep track of what needs to be done next as well as when they need their next appointment. Sometimes there are times where we don't receive an email from them but then later find out about it through another means (phone call or text). This can sometimes cause confusion if you're not sure why your patient isn't responding to emails/texts. Having everything in one spot makes keeping up with things much easier.
