I like that it is easy to create forms, reports as well send emails with my favorite email service provider (Gmail). The reporting tool could be more user friendly if you have no experience in using this software for data analytics purposes or business intelligence needs etc., but otherwise i am very satisfied about how smooth everything works out of box without any extra configuration required! We are able solve our operational problems by generating insights from large datasets we collect over time at an aggregated level across different areas within one organization which has helped us improve processes around planning & execution management activities/tasks -.
