I like that they have multiple options, including different sizes of paper stock (iPad friendly). The prices are very reasonable as well! They offer great customer support with quick turnaround time if you need assistance in making changes/updating information during the process. It is difficult sometimes when it comes down to choosing which plan best fits our needs because there can be so many variations depending upon what we're looking at doing. Sometimes you just want something simple without all the bells and whistles but still get exactly what you need done right away. We use them primarily for creating flyers / brochures etc., however their website also has some pretty cool templates available too.
