Great tool and service that helps bridge knowledge gap
The fact it's very easy to use for employees who are not technical persons or those used only in non-technical areas of work (like me).
It has helped us create an internal documentation portal which we have been using since our inception as well help improve how information flows internally between departments within my organization. I don't dislike anything about this product at all! We've found great success by integrating other products like Dropbox into their platform allowing users access remotely without needing to be physically present together during meetings/workshops etc..
Pros
- They have a very low learning curve and the platform is simple and easy to use for anyone
Cons
- The only thing that I dislike about this product is that it's a bit difficult to get help/support during the creation of documents and the platform is not intuitive as far as learning about how to
