Sometimes it helped to just turn on and off the bt on the phone, and sometimes I had to pair them through nfc using a program from sony. So it goes. 2) Also, sometimes the connection is lost for a fraction of a second while walking, but these are completely trifles (it was probably 2 times). 3) Still not a very pleasant moment - these are buttons. They are like small rice grains and are quite hard, it is not very convenient to press them, it turns out as if you are pressing your finger into your ear. 4) And one more strange moment: sometimes (three times it happened) you take out the headphones from the case, and they are dead! (At the same time, I know for sure that the case is fully charged and, in theory, the headphones should have been charged there) It helps to put the headphones back into the case and get them out after a while - the headphones will charge. Perhaps this happens when the contact is not tight when putting them in the box, although I always check the activation of the LEDs on the headphones .
