I think this product is fantastic. I have a 5 gallon and recently got seaweed. I use it between water changes and it works great. My tank is flul spec and has aluminum fairings on the corners - you can maneuver over the fairing if you move slowly and don't lift the mag motor off the surface. it's pretty easy. The scrubbing side is surprisingly small, but it can move quickly so it really doesn't take long. I probably didn't think it would clean very dense algae so well, but it does remove quite a bit. I was actually surprised. I would suggest not leaving it submerged in water to prolong its lifespan. I keep it above the waterline or just take it off the jar and store it in a dry place.
