$100 + repacking fee even if the machine is broken

The screen obviously didn't work properly and they charge a $100 repackaging fee for a replacement if I don't have the box it came in. What an irony, because I have to start playing to find this kind of problem, but my room is small enough that I can't start playing without throwing the box away.
