Review on TELOSMA by John Love

My most recent attempt at shopping at TELOSMA was quite the experience. Their website is a confusing maze, and I struggled for hours to locate what I needed there. When my order did eventually come, I was met with a box of crushed hopes because my art supplies were irreparably ruined. It was absurd to try to contact customer support because I was kept on hold for so long that I had time to begin and complete a brand-new craft! The representative was clueless and unhelpful when I eventually got through. Save yourself the trouble and avoid TELOSMA; the hassle is not worth it.
