Used pta software before and after shift with bts360

It is great that I can handle all my needs under one roof without having to switch between multiple applications like MS Project Pro etc. Also it gives me an insight about time required for tasks which allows me to plan accordingly by not over estimating or underestimating projects/tasks. Nothing really bad but nothing too good either as they have done little enhancements recently compared to versions prior of this product. We used Toast Psa from 2015-2019 till we shifted to Biztalk 360 recently.
The main advantage was ease of use & customization ability (as per our requirements). There are no issues faced so far once using this tool since its inception back then in mid 2000s. Main benefit would be easy data entry into custom fields which makes up most part of reports generated out of Psa.

Pros

Most importantly seamless integration across various modules within SAP ERP system such Payroll , HRIS(HR Information System), Procurement module alongwith other functionalities provided through different business object services available via OData protocol.etc..all at single click !!!!!!
