Both items failed the continuity test
I was trying to use these to install a remote cable for my amp. I use one at a known and tested backup location. After installation, the amplifier would not turn on. I ran a current and continuity test with a multimeter and there was no current or continuity. I checked for continuity on another one as there were two in the box. This also broke the continuity. Unpacked brand new, both items were defective.
