I decided to change the processor cooling when I found out that the airy Dark Rock Pro 4, although it perfectly cools the processor, fries the back of the motherboard (as it turned out - with air from the video card, which it throws into the case). This system is easy to assemble and install. Here with the connection of the wires had to tinker a bit. As a result - quite neatly fit into the interior space. The radiator is fixed to the ceiling. All hot air, including from the video card, is now evenly blown upwards (which is very correct from the point of view of thermodynamics). The mother is no longer suffering. Under high loads predictably howls. The temperature on the 12-core processor is ~40℃ at low load and ~82℃ at maximum. I am ready to close my eyes to the shortcomings and put the highest mark for efficiency.
