Works very well, we mainly use it to make quesadillas. Heats up quickly and evenly, no hot spots found. We attach particular importance to flat surfaces. While they don't give you a "grilled" pattern, you prefer that. It's very easy to wipe off and keep clean, especially when we're making sticky quesadillas where some of the filling squirts out. The only thing we'd like to see with this is the possibility that maybe the hinge could rotate or fold a bit so we could accommodate thicker items and still get consistent heat? That would be a wonderful improvement.
