3 MONTH UPDATE: Half probes are broken! This is the worst piece of junk and I would give it negative stars if possible! How the hell the probes go bad I have no idea, but they are there. I put all 6 in the same glass of ice water and three of them register 95*, 104* and 88*; the other three register 41*. My known correct sensor reads 38*. Still waiting for a response from customer support. 2 MONTH UPDATE: One of the sensors consistently reads about 20*F more than any other sensor when placed in a glass of ice water no matter which port it is in. I did not understand it. This applies as long as I have not owned the product for more than 30 days, therefore no refund is possible. CHECK ALL YOUR SENSORS. Not great, just good. It typically measures in 2*F increments, so it's difficult to maintain a 10*F window in your smoker. The range it puts on your phone is pretty good.
