I like the look of the product and the ease of assembly, but everything about the upper ball joint is poorly finished. It's extremely unstable, with the slightest touch the Vive's base banging out of position, and just one of the two stands even allows the camera to be "perfectly" positioned without it immediately sagging or tilting. Considering that mounting base stations is the whole point of the product, this is the worst mistake there can be. While it is aesthetically pleasing compared to most of the competition, I would strongly advise against purchasing these stands unless you intend to make further modifications. This is an issue they should be aware of and easily resolved before mass production could begin.
