Product failure on the second day
This product failed on the second day after installation - the power indicator went off - I tried another power supply and again NOTHING. I'm filing an A to Z complaint - this product was shipped to my address in Florida but now due to the corona virus - we're leaving in a few days - please refund all expenses - I don't want another one, I'll get it one from Best Buy before leaving Naples, Florida.
