I am a regular customer who keeps buying this radiator because it works better than other options. I've tried simple cardboard cases with fans, a small glued-on heatsink, a large black all-aluminum heatsink (with or without a fan), or just vertically mounted and passively cooled. Since my applications will be hosted in unshaded outdoor enclosures in the hot southern regions of the US, I needed something that could efficiently dissipate heat, and this heatsink came through in my testing. Attached are photos of an application that requires an external temperature sensor and the RaspberryPi is mounted on a DIN rail. Older versions of this product came with a nondescript multi-colored LED fan, but I'm glad the current versions come with a standard black fan that looks more professional. Only 1 out of 16 units arrived with the wrong hardware but the seller was good at facilitating return and getting a replacement unit back.
