Coil can't handle 48V DC

I'm mad enough to write one of these! The 1st relay was fixed in the on position only 1 time after energization. The 2nd relay did the same after two missions. I won't bother about the third one. Club car precedent backup lights shouldn't fry the relay. Ugh, still mad.
