Broken Dog Buttons

I really liked this carrier, it fits my new puppy perfectly. However, there are a few issues that didn't bother me. One is the velcro on the bottom, or the bracket that attaches the metal bars is too flimsy and comes off easily which isn't a big problem as the dog's weight presses the bottom of the bracket against the bars, but the velcro does should stick to itself and secure what it is intended for. I could easily overlook this problem. The first day I used this tote bag, one of the buttons came loose and was obviously broken. I put a piece of tape on it to attach it to the stretcher so I could open one side of the stretcher, I was ready to ignore it. Release because I really liked this medium. The second day I used the medium, the button on the other side popped out, same problem apparently broken. I was very dissatisfied so I started the return process with Revain. I have requested a replacement and am willing to give the trunk a second chance as I love the design and despite initial issues I hope it was just a faulty trunk. The trunk on the plus side has loops on one side for the seat belt to slide over. by attaching the carrier to the car seat. Inside the carrier there is a small leash with a buckle to attach the dog to the carrier, it is adjustable. The frame is made of aluminum material. The stretcher has straps around it and a top where the dog can easily look around and get plenty of air. The bottom of the stretcher is soft, not much where your dog feels unsafe. The carrying handle has a beautiful leather handle. All in all a very good carrier/safety seat for your dog, too bad the bottom came off on both sides and broke 2 days after use.
