Worked like a spell when I had to fix a piece of plastic in a model train. This is a three step process when fixing something that is commonly handled or used. Don't leave the staples untied or you could cut or stab yourself. First I glued the two broken halves together. Then I stuck 3 staples into the plastic. It worked great and was very easy to do. Just don't push too hard if the plastic is flimsy or you might get through to the other side. Then I trim the ends of the staples so they are flush with the surface. I then used a dremel to sand down the ends just below the surface of the plastic. The final step was to melt the plastic wire tie along the seam with a soldering iron to weld the two pieces together and further strengthen the seam. It also helps hide the staples. I'm sure I won't be using this tool often, but it will save my life when I need it.
