Review on CONCIERGEpad by Robert Toomey

The ability for this software/app is so much easier than using physical pads! I love that it allows me access 24 hours per day 7 days week - no more forgetting my pad at home or work!! It also makes tracking our events very easy as well since we are able see all info right from their website with just one click (no need anymore). We have had issues where guests forget they signed up via conciervue but once you contact them through email / text message everything works out fine :) Concerning security; however there has been some minor glitches here &there which needs attention by support staff regarding password resets etc.. Overall great product would highly recommend!
