Easy to grip and use
My physical therapist recommended that I get such a tool to relieve tight muscles. He recommended this "boomerang" shape. To my surprise, the tool is quite easy to grip and smooth to use. It is very sturdy, and has a good heft which allows it to be drawn smoothly across the skin. I am quite pleased with how it works.
