Quality hub with bearings and seal!

The hub came with the bearings already lubricated and the gland packing fitted. My only concern was that it probably should have been wrapped in plastic before shipping to ensure dirt couldn't get into the bearings. They look fine when wrapped in foam, but I'll carefully inspect them before installing! Otherwise I am completely satisfied.
