I love plug and play electronics
My universal trailer plug had a short brake light and was quite old and showing its age. Didn't want to waste time chasing the short, so I replaced it with this plug and play cable and BAM instead! Works perfectly and installation was easy. Of course, universal ones are cheaper, but in my opinion, the extra money was worth it for not soldering and splicing. There are also trunking along the entire length of the wires, which are purchased separately on inexpensive universal assemblies. And this kit has a connector cover that cheaper universal ones don't have.
