Flickers after a few days and has a dead pixel

In addition to the broken pixels and flicker. It's a great looking monitor and I'm sure if it didn't flicker it would be amazing but my stupid me threw the box away after a few days and didn't notice the pixel until I threw it away and the flickering started after about a week in use.
