Review on MET Rx® Creatine 4200 240 Count by Matt Pratt

I purchased this product after reading customer reviews. According to the serving size information on the bottle, you should use 6 capsules per serving. Customer reviews indicated they only had to use (3) capsules per serving. So, today, 6/27/17, I am using this product for the first time. But I decided to only take ONE (1) capsule at 4:30 am as I was tired of driving from Los Angeles to Fairfield, California yesterday. At 6:45 I went to the exercise bike class at the gym. I started sluggishly and slowly. Then it turned on. Like in the movie The NRT Pill, I wasn't expecting it, but I pedaled effortlessly like my life depended on it. My pulse was 63. Is that normal? Didn't know and didn't care. I felt better and stronger than a few hours ago. When I got back to my room, I did 3 sets of 10 push-ups and 4 sets of 50 abs. I still wanted to continue, but I had to go to work. Sorry for the long tirade, but this product deserves such a review. To anyone who reads my review, if you are looking for a creatine supplement, BUY IT. Even if you have something different and "better", grab it anyway and give it a try just like that. I recommend it and will definitely buy it again when I've used up my capsules. Oh yeah, I forgot to say I'm 53 years old, but I felt like I was 20 again. WHAT RAPIDITY!
