Review on Namemei Dual Sided Kitchen Tenderizing Poultry by Janet Williams

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The spiky side is small in diameter and rather blunt compared to the others. He is of normal weight.

I ordered this hammer after losing my main hammer. I started working with a dense chicken breast and it took me a while to make much progress. I looked for my old hammer and when I found it I understood why this one had taken so long. Compared to my other hammer, it's much smaller in diameter (like a lawnmower with a shorter blade) and the spike side isn't as sharp as my other hammer, so that didn't work either. See, it carries at least some weight, so you could get away with it as a last resort, but it wouldn't be my primary resort.

Pros
  • Dishwasher safe: namemei meat tenderizers are safe and easy to clean both by hand and in the dishwasher.
Cons
  • Good but not great
