The ability to create custom dashboards that can be shared with other team members or used as an internal reporting tool by any member of your organization without having IT departments involved in this process makes it very easy to use internally within our business unit.

It's not perfect yet but I would like to see more integrations into Salesforce so we could pull data from there directly if needed. There are also some features missing such as being able to filter reports down further than just what you have selected when creating them initially - think "select all" instead of filtering out everything except one product category. We're using IntelliLy primarily internally at my current job; however they do offer monthly subscription plans which make sense considering how often these dashboard tools get updated and changes made.
