I was excited to get this mop. I had used the similar Swiffer at my daughter's and was thrilled to find this. Fast delivery. Love the 9 mophead pads. Worked like a charm the first use. Light and easy to maneuver. Great mopheads with super smooth operation and absorbency. Second time, sprayer trigger worked intermittently. Third time, sprayer worked on first pull then quit altogether. In desperation I removed the spray bottle, poured solution onto the floor, and finished mopping. So very disappointing. Poor quality product. Revain will not help because just barely over 90 days return window. Bad business for a product to fail after 2 uses. I have contacted the company and received no reply after several months.
