Review on Samsung Galaxy S10E G970U 128GB Unlocked Android Phone with Dual 12 & 16 MP Camera (USA Version) - Flamingo Pink, GSM-Compatible by Kenji Mogi ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Expected more from the purchase, but not the worst option.

Due to the fact that I was unable to pre-order the item in time, I was unable to include Buds in the kit; nevertheless, I was able to get the item for only 44 sput, which is not a terrible deal. Yet, if you give it some thought, you'll realize that you can purchase an iPhone XS for only $49 (ehh. it would be on android without this dreadful bang). (Oh, dreams! Dreams!) In the end, after using the S10e for four days, I decided to return it and purchase the View 20, which has a better battery, a smaller notch, and, oddly enough, a noticeably better camera. However, all of these improvements come at the expense of the View 20's compactness, water and dust resistance, and the availability of good cases. I found that the battery life and the quality of the camera were the most crucial considerations for me. The price ended up being reduced by twelve thousand dollars. Unfortunately, nothing can ever be perfect. Excellent compromises. I wouldn't consider switching to a different phone even if the S10e had a thickness increase of 1 millimeter, a battery capacity of 3,750 milliampere-hours (mAh), and a camera, even only one, that was on par with that of the iPhone XR. At this point, I will continue to wait for S11e to become available (if released). It's possible that it will make up for these deficiencies. Whoever claims that the screen is poor quality is talking bullshit. The pixels are not visible, and the brightness is extremely high (only when comparing, you need to turn on auto-brightness and gaze in bright light or shine a flashlight on the sensor; only then will the phone give maximum brightness (it practically blinds)).

Pros
  • in terms of specifics and in contrast to previous flagships (with one key difference): 1. Convenient device size. 1st hand and ready to use; just what you've been looking for. even somewhat less than the size of X's spouses. 2. A scanner on the button that controls the power. The fact that glass can be adhered to this and the rest of the device will continue to function makes this a more convenient option than the built-in display. In addition, the S10E may be mounted in a vehicle or on a bicycle, whereas the scanner on the back cannot. 3. despite this, I will include protection against water and dust here because, as of yet, not every flagship device possesses this feature. 4. compared to Apple's other flagship products, there are a plethora of high-quality cases available for this particular smartphone (for example, my favorite UAG) 5. a screen that does not have rounded edges, allowing for the installation of full-fledged protective glass 6. excellent stereo speakers (loud, no wheezing), someone does not like that the back cover vibrates with bass, but it seems to me that it was, on the contrary, specially conceived. The speakers are loud.
Cons
  • 1. First and foremost, an extremely feeble battery that won't even get you through the afternoon without a struggle. No ability to recharge. There are no third-party programs that help improve battery life. These programs would turn off background processes and disable unnecessary programs globally. The maximum amount of time that may be spent looking at a screen on this phone is 4.5 to 5 hours. I believe that in a state of panic, the software engineers at Samsung rushed to produce an update in order to cure this bug because. It should come as no surprise that the issue is not related to the hardware, but rather the program itself. 2. The camera itself: the main module is exactly the same as it was in the Galaxy S9 (yes, there is nothing new there), the only thing that has been changed is the software; the wide-angle module is merely a marketing gimmick because of the fact that it exists. It lathers a lot, unlike the main module, and an angle of 123 degrees is considered to be diagonally. There is no stub at the width of the image, and the quality of the photo suffers greatly at the edges. Most likely, the image's quality will improve a little in the next update, but I don't think it will improve by very much. Both of the color modules are not telling the truth. Even with the beautifiers disabled, the faces still have an artificial look to them. I won't be focusing on the front-facing camera because practically all modern smartphones have one already, with the exception of iPhones, which have terrible pixels. 3. the cutout for the front camera is quite large; in view 20, it measures at least 1.5; Karl, can you explain why this is the case? 1.5 times less?! 4. Despite the fact that the location of the fingerprint scanner is very convenient, there is a snag: the scanner does not respond to fingers that are wet from the word "completely." In 2022, there is no longer a need to worry about this issue because fingerprint scanners work properly even when the user's fingers are moist. It is not clear why a scanner of this kind cannot be placed into a button on a Samsung device. Unlock speed, on the other hand, is typical, and nobody has any concerns about it. But, you are required to wipe your fingertips after each use.
