Review on Cuisinart CTG 00 AST Stainless Steel Strainer by Mac Quigley
Not as shallow as I was hoping
I really wanted to use this to skim the fries off the top of the hot oil that's done (they float to the top. But it's too deep for one flat surface skillet to do this I wish they would provide the appropriate sizes so I don't want to waste my money on this item I will never use what a waste.
