Review on Gootium by Nick Shirodkar

I was really dissatisfied with my recent purchase of travel items from Gootium's website. To begin with, I had a hard time locating what I needed because of how complicated and difficult to use their website was. Second, the quality of the goods I received was low and they did not correspond to the claimed features. In addition, I found their customer support to be uninformative and unresponsive when I needed help. Last but not least, the delivery of my item took longer than anticipated. I had a terrible experience shopping at Gootium as a new customer and would not suggest them to anyone in need of trustworthy and high-quality travel gear.
