Purchased on 5th December 2016 for a total of $50.40 This item is for storing already cooked food only - can only be used as a container. Cannot be used for cooking. After reading the reviews I thought I would use this very carefully. a lot of time to clean the vessels. and the brown rust on several ships never goes away. PS: I have never used this in high heat. I can't even imagine using these vessels to cook anything, even with a small amount of oil. spend a little more money and get a quality non-stick or anodizing product. or donate this money to someone. The good thing about this product is that it looks very nice in the picture.
