Review on πŸ“Ά High-Speed EDUP WiFi Card AC1200Mbps Dual Band PCIe Wireless Adapter with 2Γ—6dBi External Antenna for Desktop by Amanda Kou

Good. Until you use it.

I was looking at this wireless network adapter because my home router is across the house and a wired connection isn't an option or if I'm using an ethernet outlet I'm only getting speed for low bandwidth operations like VoIP or Facebook. Now let's get to this product! Now that it is easy to install and run with Windows 10 Pro generic drivers and runs smoothly under light traffic load, this is where the good and hours of frustration begins. I have made many downloads with this network card of various sizes. from a few MB to many hundreds of GB. Every situation with him is the same: he starts strong, blocks what comes from my modem, then slowly (or suddenly. Depending on his mood) slows down to a crawl, and then nothing. At this point I've found two solutions: restart the adapter and hope it turns back on, or switch to my *much* slow but stable ethernet. Most of the time I usually pick the last option as I know it will complete rather than kicking myself out after 3 minutes of running. TL; DR: Crawl slows down after a few minutes. I wouldn't have bought it the first time if I could have read those more recent reviews.
