Review on MaxxHaul Towing Products 70074 Tandem by Robert Wells

It's complete junk and the customer service is terrible. I received it bent in the middle and one of the rivets was missing. My fault is that I haven't used them for a little over a month. When I first opened them up to install them I noticed they were in terrible condition and very cheaply made. Unfortunately my return window for Revain has expired so I contacted Maxxhaul and sent photos and proof that I had just purchased them. At first they told me they would send a new rivet but I asked them how to install the machined rivet and what to do with the bent supports. They ended up saying I would have to pay shipping to send them back and pay shipping to get a new pair. This back and forth has been going on for over a month now (at first I didn't realize it was a foreign company, so there is a language barrier and time difference). In the end, I choose to just bear the expense and go with a more reputable brand that's better built and offers better customer service should I run into any issues. Avoid Maxxhaul. I would like.
