Review on 🛀 VEILS MicroFleece Hooded Bathrobe: Floor Length Men's Clothing by Phil Morales

So I bought this robe for myself a few months ago and I liked it so much that I bought it for my daughter. I just bought another one and the quality is completely different. This robe is very light and definitely not of the same quality. Although both tags say the same thing, you can tell by touch that they're not the same thing. The one I got yesterday is so light it's ridiculous. When I touched the package, I realized something was wrong. I don't want a refund but I need a bathrobe which I paid $60 for. This robe honestly looks like it was cut out of felt and folded in half and then sewn together. I'm so unhappy right now. Someone from customer service needs to contact me or someone please give me a way to contact them.
