Spilled around the edges even after two coats

I did a lot of research to get the resin I need to cover my coasters to withstand hot drinks. I followed the instructions exactly. My house was too cold at 69Β° so I applied it to my guest bathroom with the heater on and set at 75Β° to make sure it was warm enough. This resulted in the resin curing hard enough for those who seemed to have trouble with it. I also stirred a 3 minute cup in warm water bath to start as I read many places online. When I first cast, it didn't come to the edge easily. , so I took my popsicle stick and gently coaxed it so that it sloshed completely over the sides. And then he used his little heat gun to get blisters like everyone else says. And you think you're good. At this point they look good, evenly distributed across the surface and free of bubbles. So I let it dry in a warm room and then came back and a large percentage of the resin just ran all over the lining underneath and not onto the base. Like it just slipped off. This happened to both the tile coasters that I decoupled and the wooden coasters that I painted and stenciled. I have no idea what's going on there. I even tried applying a second coat, this time with a lot more, but it just slipped even more and still left holes and nothing remained on the original tile. So I spilled 2/3 of those bottles to avoid covering five tiles. It was useless for my purposes and now I have to find another resin and try to save her.
