This is by far the best lip balm in the world. I started using it when I lived in Boulder and it was the only place to buy Mountain Ocean products and I've never found anything quite like it. Whatever's in their formula, it absorbs — not only does it stay on the surface and feel slimy or sticky — it also stays: it doesn't absorb or go away. If your lips are severely chapped, they will sting a little at first, but I welcome that slight sting because I know it means the chapped areas are healing. I made sure to have this tube with me everywhere I go: I carry it in my backpack, my purse, in the big bag I use at work, by my bed, in the living room. pushy, I know, but I always like to have a whistle handy. The price, I'll admit, is a little ridiculous, but this is such a great product that I'm more than willing to pay for it - and I'll say the tube lasts because the product is so effective. Even in the worst dry winter weather, using this product keeps my lips happy and healthy.
