Review on BiteNot Cat Collar 2 5 14 by Jenny Oster

My poor cat wore this less than a day because he had a wound on his neck and a traditional electronic collar wouldn't have it prevented from scratching. Too bad I just risked it without a collar. The collar, not the bite, was too thick for any cat's neck unless your cat is a giraffe. He was fine the first day, but at night when he tried to eat, the collar kept getting in the way. Apparently he was chewing on the collar and a wire came out and wrapped around his jaw. I'll give you this - the product is strong. It never moved or came loose, but we almost had to cut our baby out. He has cuts all over his mouth, irritated skin on the back of his head and shoulders. We seriously thought we had to put him down because it looked like he cut his mouth so badly we couldn't see some of his teeth. DO NOT BUY. I will ask for a refund.
